Now this is awesome! Nice work on the sculpt. I always loved the look of that mask in the movie.

I'm afraid it to imagine how much this will cost.

...but damn, Anubis looked awesome in Stargate. I would love have that in my collection.

This is nice but I have no space and can't imagine what the cost will be. How about making 1/6 figures?! That would be amazing!

What? Stargate was awesome, and it spawned one of the most successful tv shows of all time which drew in an even larger fan base.

I'd love this, it's just too big for my remaining display space.

I haven't seen the movie or show on TV in a long long time. The movie was good and the show prolly has it's own niche like almost all shows do, but I don't see many forking over tons of money for this, let alone have the space for it.

True, a PF may sell better, but life size busts are a limited market already anyway so I don't know how many they expect to sell and consider it a success. Green Lantern is having a hard time selling 350, so this may only be 100 or so.

I loved Stargate. Never gave the shows a chance though, just couldn't get past the recast actors playing the same characters from the film.

I confess, I'm a huge Kurt Russell fan and Macgyver is no substitute. (Not knocking Anderson mind you, I loved Macgyver growing up. lol)


I remember being a little bummed as a kid when the mask folded down to reveal human looking guys under those. HaHa

Still awesome though..





Anyways, I'm really curious to find out more about this piece. Price obviously for one, but also what materials are being used, will it have a display stand/base, will it have any parts that can be moved like the head or fan parts on the neck(fan-out or close up like in the movie)

Unless the price ends up being completely ludicrous, I am totally down for getting one.
This thing will look amazing on display. Talk about a conversation piece.

You should watch the shows, the "recast" actors aspect goes away after a few episodes and I ended up liking the shows as much or more.

Yeah, in fact the show went down hill for me only when Anderson left.

Really like the movie when it first came out, however, after watching all 3 shows, Stargate, Atlantis, and Universe, watched the movie again, and it looked dated. Also thought that Russell's acting seemed stiff and didn't match the character.
Too bad they didn't continue with 'Universe'
