Replacing body screw hole plugs?

I mashed up two of the screw hole flesh plugs on my soldier story body. Has anybody got any solutions for replacing or making these? I don't even know the proper name for them as I'm having no luck on ebay.
 
I would expect you can't find them on eBay because they're extraneous, really. Make the body look a little less cheap out of the factory I suppose.
 
I might try getting the back open the pushing some sculpy in and popping out the other side. Wish these were available tho as they do get messed up when opening the body for repairs etc.
