Looks good in profile. Tip of nose is too wide. The eyes may be too close together. Looks more like Bill Murray with a full head of hair sans pock marks. Inigo got it right but I would like to see your version for TND and TWINE bashes.

Here what I meaned.You want slightly older Brosnan I guess?Check eyes and lips.
And face could be a bit longer.

Colored rendering looks pretty good, especially the first one (facing forward). I'm not too sure on the profile just yet, but definitely coming along nicely.

Great changes.Now you need to work with nose from front look.Specially nose tip.Pierce have kind of what I call "lion nose".Now it looks to bulbouse.
