Weta Pre-Auths

Hi, wondering if anyone can help me!

I pre-ordered the Weta Thranduil back in November which I was meant to get in December but they told me it'd be February?

Anyway I emailed them to ask when I'd get it, and they've told me I need to pre-auth my card payment again

I don't understand, I did this when I pre-ordered the item and it was fine? Why do I need to do it again?

Anybody had to do this before?

Did your card expire? That's probably why.

Just had to do the same with Azog on Warg. It's not a pre auth now, it's the actual payment. If you check on your order page it will say 'renew' in red. Click on this and it will take you to the card payment process again. Add details and payment will be accepted.
It took me by surprise as well as I thought it would all go through automatically
