Which Star Wars figures do we want to see first?

No doubt, I would like to see Boba Fett in Sideshow 12 inch asap...

As much as I love Boba Fett, I am anxious to see what Sideshow can do with the facial sculpts of the helmet-less characters. Also, I have two 12" Boba Fetts staring at me as I write this, and while Sideshow's would certainly be the best of them all, I am less excited for that than I am the 1/4 scale- which will be unique and unlike anything I currently own. Of course, my bank account is MUCH more excited about the 12" figures...

I shortened the list to ones I'd like First (within a few Years). Those where the ones I'd like over the life of the line :bonk

please dont flame but i hope they dont come out with much more than 5 a year just because right now i cant afford more than that. anymore than that would drive me because then i would have to pick and choose rather than try to get the entire line. and lets not forget about other lines: gentle giant,kotobukiya, medicom(they keep getting better with each release)

Can't really add much to what has already been listed.

I would definitely like to see a ROTJ set with Jedi Luke, Lea in Boush Disguise, Lando in disguise, Gammorean Guard, and ROTJ Boba. I leave out Slave Leia because all the exposed joints would detract from the figure.

From EU I would also like Aurra Sing in addition to the ones most everyone else has listed.

I feel that Darth Kered's list is probably what we can expect in the first group of figures (not including EU which I think will be Mara Jade). Unless they go the route of starting with either the prequels or OT.

Come on, guys. Sideshow is the *monster* company. We need Peter Cushing and Christoper Lee pronto!

PS-- any thoughts on SSC doing droids? Will it happen?

I hope they save the droids for down the line a bit. The Hasbro ones aren't as bad as any of the other figures.

And I'd hope they'd do at least 10 a year. Or wouldn't it be cool to have a subscription program with one a month? Just like Columbia House you get a new Star Wars character every month whether you order it or not!

Not a bad idea at all Dave. I could go for that. Maybe have the figure automatically show up in your account, and you have so many days prior to shipping to cancel if you don't want that particular figure. Othewise it ships automatically.

You know Dave someone mentioned that in the chat (was it you?) love the idea.
There are some great ideas here. I really can't wait to see what sideshow comes up with.
