I'm still trying to find out if it's offical.
Something about it looks a bit Photoshoped but there is no reason why WB couldn't have done it. Maybe they haven't finished the make-up effects, etc.
Looks quite cool though!

That's fake, they wouldn't have a poster this early for something in 2008, there isn't enough stuff at the bottom, and the copyright says 2004.

It's fake. It's a photoshopped image of Conrad Veidt, the actor from the silent film "The Man Who Laughs" (1928).
