Wow, I hope there is a english version. This was a child hood soap for me! I love what I see so far. I feel like some of the japanese actors look familiar. Is one Kato from the green hornet with seth rogen?

Battle Of The Planets was / is a legendary animated series - LEGENDARY. As a matter of fact, I just bought the box set quite recently - for an excellent price too!!

I know this is a Japanese show to begin with.. but I didn't like any of that trailer. This film is obviously meant for the local market, so it'll cater to that taste heavily. When I saw this thread, I thought it was to do with some Hollywood thing.. far from it.

I'll stick with the beloved old cartoon for the time being thanks.
