That was for hot toys.

I figured it was for HT

Confirmed there will be Premium Formats and LSF stuff directly from Sideshow and they will distribute HToys.

Remember theres not just Iron Man, War-machine and Mandarin to look forward to from this movie there's also Coldblood, Firepower and Radioactive man who are set to be in Iron Man 3.

Well the Mark VII could be in there as well.

there is no proof that Iron Man himself is getting a PF. It could just be Iron Patriot and/or a villain.

I am surprised that they haven't jumped on it seeing the success of the Avengers.

As for not liking the Mark 42 color scheme I am not sure that will be the final armour we see in the movie. It does get trashed in the trailer.
