I love the posters behind each figure. I also like how uncluttered the shelves are.

Great collection!

Thanks Cp & Nil ...:) I'm an artist and also do work for a very large catalog company as a Graphic Designer/Pre-Press Specialist... So with a little Photoshop and size measurements I make my own backdrop posters. I print them, and mount them on blk foamcore... They are very rigid and stand on their own...It passes the time on a slow day...LOL!

Thanks for all the great comments..... Been having a great time with the collection and interacting with other Freaks! Have a great weekend!

Yo, that looks great man! Whats the story on the movie posters? Did you buy them or print them yourself?

I took images I liked, made HiRes CYMK 300 dpi .eps of them, then added movie logos and sized them to the detolfs shelf dimensions 15"H or 30"H by 14"W. In some cases I had to digitally airbrush areas out and resize logos to fit these dimensions ect.... so I made my own custom poster backgrounds. When I was done brought them to work and printed them on our large format ink jet printer, on heavy stock satin photo proofing paper. Spray mounted these and placed them on 1/4" black foam core.. this way each image stands up on it's own. I have 30"H x 14"W Avengers for the whole team to be displayed, and one for the 1/4 Predator to come, and the 1/4 Dark Knight and Joker to come... getting two more detolfs just for the 1/4 scale figures...

Nice collection.
Posters behind the figures look very good.

Congrats!

That's really impressive! It's such a beautiful display, man. You clearly put a lot of work on it. I had the idea to do the same a while ago but failed miserably at it. Here is proof:
