Anyone able to fix this for me? Pref someone in Australia

Hi all! First, sorry if I posted this in the wrong section, wasn't really sure where to post it

I have a diablo overthrown statue that I absolutely love! (exclusive version)

The thing is, I had the 2nd head wrapped up in a box and well I guess someone moved the box and it must have rolled around and tiny bits from the hair chipped off and what not.

I took some pics and I was thinking of trying to fix it myself using some e-poxy and paint but then I thought it would be better to pay someone who knows what they are doing to fix
