Not certain. Masterside will confirm it soon enough. I thinks it's from the new maquette line a la Exiled Ben Kenobi (or whatever the proper title is for that piece).

I think it's a PF. If you pause the video in a couple spots, you can see fabric elements.

I bet the EX will be a blond Morrison sculpt. The Phase II helmet would be for a slightly different costume altogether.

Rex is one of the darlings of The Clone Wars, I don't doubt that we'll seem in in Phase II as well somewhere down the line.
