Hot Toys - MMS 118 Inglourious Basterds - Aldo Raine Specs & Pics

Well when they did the Dark Knight no one was expecting them to make Two-Face and that came out of no where. Also Hot Toys does not just post random comments on their page. Everything is calculated.

When they first hinted about Watchmen they said "Who is Hot Toys watching? " And it was like 3 months before they even declared they had the license.

Heres exactly what they wrote about Basterds

Seems like they were trying to tell us something

Does that mean 2 Aldo figures or a Landa figure? could go either way.

I think I remember a quote from them congratulating Christoph Waltz for his supporting role award.

It took a while for Aldo, remember everyone kept asking when they would show pics?

I hope we find out before Aldo is released domestically. I'd really only like to find out before getting Aldo. I would really like to either display both, or none.

I'm saying that NOW... as soon as pics start showing up, I'm sure I'll cave.

Man, they should have never messed around with the head.

Not quite as good as I was hoping for, from that pic at least.

But still can't wait!!! Looks like Aldo and looks like Pitt, just not the optimum expression.

He just looks so...sad (sadder than the proto). It's making me sad.

Although if I had this on order I would be more than happy with it, the expression doesnt seem like he enjoys scalping nazis. More like he has some sort of internal conflict going on.

I think the hair came out atrocious, the more I look at it, the more I cannot believe Kojun sculpted this thing. Its like they realised at the very last second the revised hair sucked and tryed to go back to the prototype as it was being wheeled out the door. They tryed to heighten it again and gave him this wierd combover thing that just lost all its detail.

I still don't think we've seen a shot of him in good lighting to show the paint, but still, just overall glad I will have a Tyler Durden from sunohc instead of this thing.
