THIS looks a pretty amazing upgrade
Pretty sure it's not an upgrade at all. I have the original KP sitting right in front of me on my desk. It's just a copy as far as I can tell, and the head sculpt looks like the Hot Toys MMS117 T2 head.

I’m surprised this thread hasn’t been updated since the photos of the incredible painted headsculpt were posted by Dario and KP. Can’t wait for the preorder!
Where would one find these pics then? I googled yesterday and came up with nothing.

Hmm. I don't trust my own judgment when it comes to Arnold sculpts anymore but that seems as good or better than any Conan head I've seen.
I was thinking it seems a bit over-textured for a young Arnie.

It'll soften a bit in production when molding happens.
That's what I was thinking. I remember HT John Matrix fig looked great in promo, then we ended up with the soft sculpt when it came out. Certainly loos like Arnie but more an early 90's Arnie then early 80's Arnie.
