Thanks for trying, Geil..All I did was turn the Tumbler around, and changed some settings on my camera to take the close-up shots. I'm hoping when I go to pick up the damaged pieces, the guy will let me pick the parts I need. Like a real junk yard. :)
 
Ro,

Can you just exchange the whole Tumbler? Might be more feasible to do that if you don't have to ship the Tumbler to your retailer.

Hi Jeff,

The guys are willing to give me the parts that I need. The only thing they said they wouldn't be able to do is a complete exchange, which is actually fine by me. The lights on mine work perfectly and the scuff marks from the packaging aren't badly noticeable. I'm just happy they are willing to accomodate me, considering I bought it back in August. :)
 
Sounds like they are stand-up guys! Glad that you can get your parts and hopefully, u can find out what your missing part is as well.

GOT MINE YESTERDAY! And like so many, mine suffered broken and missing piston rods. I've already contacted BBTS and gotten a reply. I'll be getting replacement parts soon enough. Oh yeah! I also got the Bat Pod. LOVE THEM BOTH (that is once I get the gigantic beast repaired and on display). I've been skimming over the last 100 or so pages of this thread, and boy am I glad I did.

I didn't even check my spoiler yet! I wasn't even gonna go thru the trouble of putting it on the Tumbler cause I'll be moving in a few months (and the last thing I want is a heavy beast thats as delicate as glass), so I was gonna leave it unchecked. But I'm gonna give every pice the once over first thing in the morning.
 
ATTENTION BBTS TUMBLER BUYERS!!! If your Tumbler was paid for less than 30 days ago you are entitled to a refund in store credit for the difference!!! For me it was a savings of $67.50

Yes, but items must be purchased within the last 30 days. The purchase date refers to the product purchase date, not the order date or payment date. Refunds are only given as store credit.
