Unfortunately, barring a trade, we don't have any IM3 Tony Starks Left. They sold through a while ago. We should be getting new Tony Starks from Hot Toys next year for Endgame.

Are you talking about the IM1 Tony Stark? Because looks like the IM3 Tony Stark head is still available: https://toyanxiety.com/iron-man-3-tony-stark-head-no-neck-joint/

Unfortunately, the only way I could get one of those would be via trade and it would be impossible to predict when, or even if, something like that would ever happen.
