Justice League Aquaman Concept Design
Recently released images have surfaced online that appears to show Aquaman in his traditional Gold and Green suit that would have appeared in Justice League. Concept Artist Constantine Sekeris has shared what he designed for Michael Wilkinson. What you’ll notice is the classic suit was always there, it was just reserved for Aquaman.

The similarities from this Justice League concept art and the final suit design in Aquaman are very telling. Many people, myself included, assumed Zack specifically left Aquaman’s original design alone. With this concept art, that appears to not be the case.

I’m guessing that’s supposed to look like his hair is floating in water? Maybe it’s supposed to be submerged in an aquarium. Lol

Is this good enough for you to start making some figures like Mera and Black Manta.???

Or at least one more Aquaman armored suit .?

Just saw a video on that today too, it's insane! Who ever woulda thought Aquaman would beat out any DC movie ever released? I mean Aquaman beat BATMAN. Still can't get over that. Totally get it though, it was an awesome movie.

The fact that the film has been so popular in Asia/SE Asia may help convince HT to produce more figures. Between China, India, HK, South Korea, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines & Taiwan, it’s raked in just under $400M over there. And Japan’s numbers are still to come.

If anyone is interested in a 1/6 Mera I just picked up the statue from DC Collectibles, and I highly recommend it. Still holding out hope that Hot Toys will make one but this thing looks amazing.

Mera looks good.
For those who wants a cheap Black Manta, I bought this True Moves version from Amazon for 15 bucks. It’s 1/6 and looks good in my opinion.

yeah the tru moves is a okay figure for the price ,been messing around with one for a while with the intention of combining it with a hot toys electro for a custom ,great thing is the head has lenses and can be lit up ,work in progress ,that probably wont get finished

That is actually not bad. I would probably just switch out the hands cause it looks too small. But maybe even with a repaint, that can look good.

If I were to get one of the two, I’d personally prefer a Queen Atlanna over Mera.

No wayyy. Did you see Amber Heard??? Plus she is obviously going to have a much bigger role than Atlanna throughout the future of the films.
