Re: 1:6 Ellen Ripley Portrait

Love fmls ripley 1 and 3 great stuff.
@cplhicks I'd lengthen the legs on your ripley and maybe bring the head up a touch aswell.
Maybe its the pick but the head looks like its sitting too low:)
Congrats though that is one fine head you have there wish I could afford one myself for mine;)

Re: 1:6 Ellen Ripley Portrait

As per your suggestion am starting to work on the neck height.

I'm not sure what you mean by lengthen the legs. She's on the old stranded HT TT and looks ok.

If your happy then thats all that matters but a few people including myself have added extra length to the legs by cutting and adding about 10mm with various methods.
Mines quite crude and ugly but you don't see that under the pants.
Sigourney weaver is quite a big bird in real life;)
I'll take a pic of mine tomorrow to show you what I mean.

Re: 1:6 Ellen Ripley Portrait

Ok, bumping this thread with a question, I am putting together Ripley from the first movie, what body would be best you guys think? Sigourney is quite tall, 5 ft 11.5 in (1.82 m), according to wikipedia.

Any sugestions?
