Guys, is the right hip on your 24" Godzilla popped out a bit in normal standing mode? Mine is and so are a lot of members over at TK. It just doesn't fit in flush.

Mine is the same.

Remember the hips are ball jointed,,,plus that section that's sticking out should be in line with the tail....the legs should rotate forward a tad more, then bend the knees so that the feet can sit flat.
For both sides, the parts of the hips that pop out are where's g's buttocks would b at the base of the tail
and can sit flush....it's just a matter of futzing a bit

After I watched Godzilla I went on buying spree. Bought the artbook, Neca 12" and 24", Monsterarts Burning Godzilla, Millenium Godzilla, King Ghidorah and Mothra. I planned on preordering the Cinemaquette and Monsterarts Kairyu. Now that the craze is gone, I'm gonna cancel the preorders and sell King Ghidorah and Mothra.

On a happier note, I am VERY HAPPY with the Neca 24". It's just such a perfect collectible. Spot on sculpt, great paint and articulation. Cheap enough to play around with yet still looks awesome. The price to happiness ratio is through the roof.

I'm near San Jose too, did you go to the toy/collectibles show last weekend? Lots of cool zillas.

With all this buzz about the Sideshow statue, NECA Godzilla 24HTT, X-Plus Sakai and Diamond reissues upcoming, and MonsterArts announcements, I forgot that Sideshow still has several other Godzilla peices coming down the pipeline. Damn, my wallet might still be in danger.

The 12" Godzilla is so nice. Too bad I have no room for it and have to settle with the inferior 6".
