Beth - little young but I guess there is no court to convict you of anything.
Michonne - maybe a little too scary... if you do something wrong you might get it chopped off.
Rosita - could work but maybe a little bit scary as well.
Tara - If you can get her to change teams.

Think that's about it. Carol may be your best bet.

reading the comic i was shocked at how much Michonne got laid (And how much she Spoke!)

she looks great in the show but I think they ruined her character on the show by making her a mute in season 3

That's how you know you're part of the good group. I think Maggie's and Beth's experiences would have been far different if they had fallen in with Joe and his gang.
