Hot Toys 1/6 Upgrades/ changes and adjustments

Don't know if this has been covered if it has sorry for Posting this , but might help someone.....So I bought a Batmobile Discount from Big Bad Toy Store and had minor scuff nothing major. I'ts hard to notice them, one of the headlights wasn't working . E-mailed BBTS and told them the problem, they gave me some Credit to use on my next purchase, BTW Amazing Customer Service . Anyways never thought about checking the manual since I never do . I thought it wasn't fixable until today, I flipped the car over to check out the bottom. there's a compartment the you have to unscrew , and to open use a small flat screwdriver or else is a pain in the butt. I guess the cable ripped during production anyways here is the pic you need to remove If you see the pic the wire got ripped And there You go Fixed

Batman Takara Custom $7 Cape

I love the Batman Takara figure I know it's not better then the Hot Toys, but I got a deal that I couldn't pass. Last night I went to walmart and was wondering around the crafts sections. I'm not even close to and artist or custom creator far from that. Now back to the story lol , went to the fabric section and found a nice velour fabric. I remember the Begins Velvet Cape and kind of looked like it, bought 2 yards for $7 . Today I took the takara's cape and traced it a little bigger wouldn't hurt lol, I traced it a with a white crayon. Here's the final Product the cuts sucked since I used scissors, but for now it'll do. Also just found out they sell a special fabric cutter, for perfect cuts and it's only like $8, might have to do it gain. But this was for people that might be interested in making their own . Have a big piece left might do one for the 33" inch Batman Begins .... Sorry for the crappy Pics also not a Photographer ;p; First pic is with the original Cape

It's not is the flash but it does have a shine to it everyone is the forum has the same material some alittle different...this are pics from people on the forum

Threads for upgrades / changes to items merged and generic title given so you can add more ideas as you have then rather than needing to create more threads per custom made.
