Tired of wasting your hard earn money on some over priced plastic toy with a rubber dome rotting as soon as it is exposed to the air?
Well, accepte no substitute.
Under the expertise of Studio Tippett, Anticlaus and Phil himself, chronicle is about to release the one and only studio accurate replica of ED-209 1/6 stop-mo puppet.
This bad boy is in scale with Cain replica and the soon to be announced Robocop statue, Robocop failed prototypes A and B.
Yes, you red right. You can expect a complete line of Robocop franchise statues, 1/6 scale, made of resin and steel.
That will be one hell of a display for any hard core Robocop fans as us.
For now, ED-209 is on pre-order on Chronicle collectibles website with several payment plans offering here :
https://www.chroniclecollectibles.com/legacy-series/ed-209/

And visit their facebook page to get some red hot updates and never seen before pictures.

The new pics look good, but i'm a little worried about the downward tilt of Ed's upper body. The downward tilt is significantly greater than the first shots with the light background. If these are the actual new product shots, the bullet trajectory would be around the knee/femur area. Hope the tilt is just a glitch.

Puts Hot Toys rotting crap to shame. Unfortunately it's WAY out of my affordability.

Wow, this piece rocks!

Unfortunately, I wish it was 1/4, but that would drive the already high price to ridiculous levels.

I feel the 1,000 ES is a bit on the high side too. This thing should be more exclusive.

Jerry from PopCultureShock hinted early 2015 a 1/4 Scale ED-209 may be a reality, if the EX Robocop sales hit his target...which i believe is a sell out. Close to being a sell-out, so i think it's gonna happen.

As much as I would like to have (and a Cain), too much for me at the moment.

If it's signed by Tippett, it has to be incredible-I'm probably going to do the ten pay-its a great option that is offered

Drop the HT one and maybe try to climb my way up on this. Alotta money, but just by the pictures it might be justified.
Then mix it with HT Robocop diecast and i am one character away from my complete Robocop line :yess:

Just so everyone is forewarned, this piece is considerably smaller than the 1/6 HT ED-209. But that's because HT apparently doesn't know real scale and Tippett swears that CC's offering is a true 1/6 representation.

Huh really! I see this one is at 14.5 inches in height, but no info on the SS page on the HT one. So anybody?

SS has the dimensions for the HT one on their page. I've seen both in person and I can assure you this one appears smaller. Again though, Tippett said this is a true 1/6 scale and the most accurate ED-209 ever produced.
