Which Superman movie do you prefer Man of Steel or Superman Returns ?

I often wondered how it would have been if Singer had been able to do a full reboot like MoS. I would have liked to see his take on that portion of Superman coming to grips with becoming a hero. The world will never know....

Loved Man of Steel.

Hate Superman Returns. It is a litany of terrible decisions. From casting, to story, to just being a nostalgic bore.

Superman Returns is the better Superman movie.

Man of Steel is a great Dragon Ball Z movie.

Looking at this poll it's interesting that MOS haters do appear to be quite the vocal minority.

It may indeed be so but a poll asking ''Is Man of Steel a good movie?'' would be a better test.

True. It's not like its competition in this poll is anything to speak of.

It kinda was when I was paying attention. I came back to the thread and the MOS score seemed to have shot up.

I probably should have done Superman: The Movie vs MOS, this place would have been a bloodbath.

I've been contemplating a T1 VS T2 poll, the topic comes up often enough.

There will probably be a few members that'll get banned and infractions assigned if that thread gets made haha.

Actually you should make that thread ASAP.

I thought that one was already done and the Bayformer crowd led T2 to a sweeping victory.

Historically T2 has tended to win 'Favorite Terminator movie' polls encompassing all the films. I just wonder have things changed on the forum because I see a heck of a lot of T1 support and T2 bashing. As may be the case with MOS though I wonder is it a case of a vocal minority again.

Come now, T2 has many years on Bayformers (or even Bay movies generally?).

Well sure but those of us who were around when T2 was in theaters are now outnumbered on these forums by the Michael Bay crowd.

Wait, so this poll's actually about "Why MoS sucks harder than SR"? Hmmm, good to know.

Actually the results indicate that it's really the other way around. Apparently SR sucks even harder than MOS. Worse than the tornado movie? Way to go Singer. Loser.
