I truly think that Disney employees should get a discount on all Disney owned products produced by any provider.

Does any one know of any statue company that gives discounts for Disney owned licensed products

Disney employees get discounts at Tmobile even though Disney's official cell phone company is ATT.
Gas stations in other states give Disney employees discounts even though said company pays Disney to have a gas station at Disney world.
What i am trying to say is that it depends on the contracts that was signed between X company and Disney. Typical Disney does not write a contract with out giving employees a discount. Normally around 10% and i know this because i know the lawyer that writes Disney contracts but they do not have access to the contract between Sideshow and Disney.

Devilof76 you do understand that Disney pays **** right? the typical person at Disney makes 8$ an hour. If your college program you get paid 7$ an hour and 5$ per hour goes to your room and board so you make about 2$ an hour. Managers of the parks make about 20$ an hour.

Deathchrisdk Disney employees get discounts at all the marvel stores at Super hero island in Universal studios ( including comic book sales that they do not receive at your local comic shop and including Statue sales)

With the absurd amount of money Disney makes they should be handing money out on every street corner.

The discounts would come from agreements with the company and Disney.

You want a discount, speak to someone at Disney.

Sorry but no one put a gun to any Disney employee's head when they agreed to work for the mouse. If they didn't like the rate of pay they were offered prior to working for Disney they could have declined the job.

If an employee doesn't like the rate of pay they're currently getting then they can always look for work, with better pay & benefits, elsewhere.

True, but that does not make it right. Some don't have that choice.

Sounds like they pay managers extremely well.

You don't get paid what you think you're worth. You get paid what your work is worth to your employer.

There is no such thing as a 'fair' wage.

What does that even mean?

There is no such thing as a 'fair' wage. As Darth Snoopy said, it's your responsibility to determine if what you are paid is worth your time and effort.

Incessant is a fun word. I need to use it more often.

Incessant. Incessant. Incessant. Oh crap, now it's lost its meaning.
