Got one Lager Toys Base from my friend.
Its damn nice ! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

The Base is very light weight
But the Metal Plate is very heavy weight !
I love it so much and just got it for USD 25

I got the email too. Not sure about this base... It looks like a cheap vacuum-formed plastic or something, like the hot toys inner trays.

Mine came in today. That is exactly what it is. A cheap, flimsy tray. I feel massively ripped off, even at $50 shipped.

I hope they enjoy that $50. They won't ever get another penny from me.

In a word, yes

It's really nice, has a decent weight to it given it's not metal

For the price it's great

I'm currently debating to either buy

The eFX hammer but which obviously costs a lot more, especially for me being a UK buyer. The cheapest I can currently find it for is £550 (once I've added shipping & import fees)

Or do I go for the Lager hammer which only costs £100 shipped

Is the eFX one £450 better than the Lager hammer? Judging from pictures no. I just wish I could see them both in-person

The eFx one is nice, but not £450, nicer as you have stated

If I had to choose between the 2 based on the prices that you have stated, I'd pick the Lager Toys one

The eFx one has some crazy prices
