Now I'm confused. Were those preview pics of two different figures or the same one. Alternate shirts, maybe?

They were definitely 2 different versions, one was blue with yellow oval, the other one was the black/grey without oval, and this is new one is another version.
I believe all of them are accurate to the comic, that could mean 3 different versions.

I love the stompy feet, these figures capture the look perfectly.
