Still looks like an early WIP, but I like the energy of the pose, & am still pretty excited to see the finished product.
I guess, because of the chosen look, it doesn't exactly scream Ryu. There's already PrototypeZ & PCS to take care of the more classic look though. This, for me, looks like it might be a nice alternative to those.

Glad to see your feedback. They are very very important to us. The face is very WIP in the photos we released so far. We've already made adjustments to make him more identifiable. We want to hear from you all when we release more photos in the coming week. Please stay tuned and keep those comments and suggestions coming in.

Always nice to hear word from the creators themselves. As for characters, it would be nice to see some underrepresented characters like Alex. If you did one with his bomber jacket on I would go crazy.

We are also working on pre-order exclusive prints to be done by our very own artists:
