Shazam (Captain Marvel)...need some suggestions

I've been working on a Shazam custom, and it still needs some touch ups. But mostly I need ideas for boots, I'll paint them gold but have nothing in stock that would work and want some ideas. I thought about the Captain American early version boots, but not sure they go with my theme. Also, what head would you suggest. I could paint this Jake Gyllenhaal head...but it's just not the perfect look for me. Any thoughts?

How about trying to make the sandal/boots a la new 52? by the way, where did you get material for the suit?

Suit is Jor-el's. Hmmmm, have to explore e-bay for the sandal look.

The bolt was a necklace, so I have to fill in the hole a the crack in the paint.

Head ideas anyone?

Shazam has a stoic look like superman I would suggest this guy with some tweaking by removing neck hair paint etc.

Thanks Groovy. Going to look for some more images of that head. The biggest problem is the neck, it won't work with the current body.

thats why i suggesting removing neck and sanding sown to look like neckless versions

Never thought of that, GREAT IDEA! Actually, I have another figure I could do that with also.

Maybe the knock off Cavill head? Looks different enough from Man of Steel, and Cavill does kinda fit the look, especially the hair....

That would actually be the perfect head, but I want to pose him next to MOS. Still may have to go with it. I think I'm going to try this head with a repaint and maybe hair sculpt.

you know soldier story heads don't go on anyother body without moding it so they don't look like stumpy neck.

I think it's the same head.
the necks if you use a hairdryer are easy to cut with a blade.
