can we PLEASE go back to the older style? These newer, Fatter ones look terrible, are prone to warping and seem to droop over time.

The Thinner, tapered sabers were MASSIVELY Superior to the new design, and were much lighter as well.

PLEASE go back to the older style. Many of us are sourcing older lightsabers from secondary merchants such as ebay to swap blades with the newer ones, but this supply will only last so long.

I wonder if the licensors at lucasfilm or Disney have anything to with the change.

Doubtful the thicker blade was originaly offered with TPM obi-wan, and was noticibly larger due to the need to accomiadte a light.
