DX01 and DX02 nameplates

My DX02 base had a broken LED light so I took it apart to see what was wrong. It looked like some of the wires melded together (I thought it was just tangled) so I tried to untangle it but accidentally snipped it so now neither of the LED lights work. I don't know anything about electrical wiring and I don't know anyone who does so I was thinking about getting a new one except they're all like $60 on eBay. However, I saw that the DX01 Joker bases are a bit cheaper and was considering getting one. I wanted to know if the nameplates can be switched and whether or not it would require any tools or glue or risk of damaging the base for that matter. Thanks in advance, cheers!

The nameplates are just glued on. I actually had my DX01 name plate fall off out of the box, so I glued it back on. You may be able to switch them without too much hassle.
