Repair/fix Problem with Rinzler Statue

Hi together,

I am new here, so I hope I'm posting this in the correct section.

My problem is with e PremiumFormat Rinzler Statue.
I was lucky to get one but it had a very bad painting and several scratches, so I returned it and got a second one, which was the last I seem be able to get here in Germany.

Anyway, this also has some surface/painting issue on the base platform.
I kept it anyway, thinking it isn't that bad and knowing I probably wouldn't be able to get anotherone, but it turns out now that (I should have known ) this is more and more anoying.
You can see the issue on the photo I have attached. It is not as bad as it looks here, the flash reveals more as there is, but you get the picture.

Anyway. It looks as like there are two circles about 4cm wide which were worked on with a fine sand paper.

Any idea how I can fix this?

Too bad to hear about the problems with this piece. And i think your talking about the Rinzler Maquette because it isn't a PF.
They only think i can think of is getting someone to repaint your base. I think every other solution will always remain visible.

At the moment repainting the whole surface (top) of the base...

Just searching for an easier way.
