Not a good move, it'll probably be a while before they read that. Yours might ship before that.

Aren't you in the NY region Y4NK33? Are they going by pre-order dates? I received word that it had arrived last week so I thought maybe others in the region would've gotten theirs as well.

BTW is this normal? I cant get this to really lock in even when pressing the button. If i rotate the legs forward then i can completely get it to sit flush but the second i put the legs straight back down it ends up unlocking

I pre ordered mine on April 7, 2013 put it on flex and I received it on Friday August 29th. All of my flex pays were on the 25th of each month.
