They look small next to a PF, one of the reasons I hesitated with this line, but if you don't want to have them in the same area it should be fine.

Here is a pic I found, not the one I wanted of the PF Boba next to the Mythos, but you get the idea. Base does even out the height as someone mentioned, but they still look small when they are right next to a 1/4.

Yeah, 1/5 is going to look small next to 1/4. All that matters is do you want some super kick butt Star Wars statues in your collection or not... scale be dammed.

:exactly: Not digging on anyone, but I've never understood why one would only stick to one scale. Especially if some kicka** pieces come out (like SW Mythos) that are slightly out of scale with the pieces you already have.

Well I stick to 1/4 scale mainly because I don't have all of the pieces I'm after yet. Once I'm current I'll be more adventurous and certainly go into other lines because I'll have the money for it. I may actually get the Kenobi mythos if it comes back in stock in the US.

Just so you can avoid the problem we just talked about. 1/4 makes these look small. On their own or away from 1/4 they look killer, put them next to a 1/4 and I don't think they look as good. Same reason I sold most of my 1/6 hot toys. They may look great on their own or with a whole 1/6 collection, but not when you have PFs near them. I still have some 1/5 and 1/6, I just don't put them by my 1/4. Same goes for my 1/2 stuff, they make the PFs look small so I try to not have them near smaller scales either.

I have to agree with the others, you really need to have the 1:5 scale stuff on their own, which is no problem if you buy at least 2-3 of the Mythos statues, they look great together.

Although if you have a shelf dedicated to one character with various scales of that character then it would look fine.

It's hard to compare really as I've always loved SS PF series. However, I really like what SS did with the Mythos series in terms of being creative, not to mention the pieces are fantastic. They're both great IMO.

Statues by himself, no - the ones above are it. There is the Life Size bust, but not really a statue and two dioramas as Fury mentioned.

You're right, it's difficult to compare because they're both great in their own way. Thanks so much for the input. I'm sure I'll be happy with my mythos when it finally arrives.

For those who pay for this item in 1 payment have already pay for the non-refundable deposit (NRD) of 35$ and should pay the rest in 1 payment when the item is ready to be shipped in somewhere between 2.5 month and 5.5 month.

But for those who took the payment plan of 105$ for 3 month when does the first payment come ? Is it start right when you take the pre-order (right now) or it start when the item is ready to ship in 3 month ?

The flex plans normally co-inside so the last payment is due at time of release. But when you signed up for it there should have been a calendar that showed when each payment was due.
