It was recently revealed by Ivy herself (in Gotham City Sirens #9) that she can alter her skin's shade by modifying the intensity of her poison. She also said that it required control and practice to do so.

The green is beautiful, but I'm not digging the new plants. I prefer the shade of red they used on the hair first time too. This makes things complicated.

Thank goodness for the ignore feature. In other news, I think Ivy's variant looks more vivid. Not sure which is better but theyre both nice. I didn't PO the first one and not sure I will get this but am thinking about it for sure.

I don't know why they picked such a dark shade of green the first time.. that's another thing I don't like about the original.

Loving the $350 price tag. I still don't know if I like the green or not. I missed out on the first one, but I think I like the original's regular skin color better. But I think I like this base better.

You're probably right. In a couple years poeple will be thankful when a $440 PF (like Thor is now) pops up when PFs are $550.
