From the looks of those guys, he didn't advocate gym use either.
Typically skinheads are Neo Nazis, and have nothing to do with the original Nazi's outside there attempt to bring back Nazi ideals.

biff, biffo... fight. I thought the term was more broadly used, but wiktionary tells me its Antipodean. You even see it on t-shirts and the like, to express the wearer's disappointment that the full-contact sport of rugby has become over-officiated and 'soft'.
