Bet it's DX 09 just there for a "Batman through the ages" display. That's a prominent theme at SDCC this year.

Damn I bet your right, and though I'm probably wrong, it could be the arkham batman.

With all that is being revealed from HT (Alien, SW, BTTF) still I don’t think I will be happy or satisfied unless they address Batman Returns in some shape or form.

I do not think that one is the Arkham version, if for no other reason the ears look too short. Arkham Batman had the long ears on the cowl.

The wait for confirmation is just agonizing.
