    Re: Shaun Of The Dead!!

Well in the UK Forbidden planet won't be getting these until the end of September, so I've got a long time to wait to get mine. *sulks*
  3. Re: Hot Toys - MMS 68 - The Dark Knight - 1/6th scale The JOKER collectible figure

Found this really lovely hi res screenshot on the net. Wonderful make-up.

Same here. I'm afraid with todays financial climate I can barely justify spending money on frivolous things like this at all, let alone what it would require to but the Hot Toys version. I know they...

Re: Product Enterprise Hammer Horror 12" Dracula

I bought one of these a while back too, and liked it a great deal. The height is off putting, but a small price to pay for an otherwise great figure.

I'd never thought of swapping it onto a...

They'd call that an 'airforce blue'. In other words a bluey grey, but of course it depends on the lightings conditions under which this image was taken.
  7. Re: DC Direct 13" Dark Knight Joker and Batman Preorders

Yeah, I mean the vest. In the UK we'd call that a waistcoat. That should have been green going by how HT and Medicom's done theirs.

  9. Re: DC Direct 13" Dark Knight Joker and Batman Preorders

Oh very nice repaint job. Nice dramatic shot too.

Due to extreme shortness of cash, and the fact I don't intend to really delve heavily into the Batman side of figure collecting, I think I'll go...

  11. Re: It's my name. Charles Gunn. With two n's. (victory sign)

Oh thats wonderful! Love the outfit you've chosen for him too. Very authentic.

Where may I ask did you get those boots from? I need a pair just like that for another custom I want to do, and I...

    Re: Doctor Who - Spoilers!

Apart for dear old Donna's part, on the whole I thought the whole thing was pretty awful.

Poll: Re: Who do you want most.

*snort* but sadly real life actors do. :rotfl

I'd love another Wesley and a Gunn. I've got a body and the correct clothes for both customs. I just need the heads now.

Re: Can Doctor Who Survive Tonner?

Personally I'm not all that keen on what they do, although some lines are better then others. Maybe because the subject matter is more suitable to be 'Tonnerized' then others.

    Their Potter line...

Poll: Re: Who do you want most.

I'm currently trying to convince my friend who's a professional portrait sculptor to help me block out a Wesley head, that I can then finish.

As I say I loved what Spenser had done, but the copy...

Poll: Re: Who do you want most.

I voted Angel, although I'd be up for all of them! Gunn would be my next choice as he's an easy one to costume.

I'd also be up for another Wes, because although Spenser's was a great likeness, I...

Re: Buffy Tooned Up Maquette Review and Photos

Oh wonderful shots! You're photography certainly brings the best out in this sculpt.
I wish I could be more enthusiastic about this series, but somehow they just miss the mark for me personally.
