I take back all the bad stuff I said about Eric, after almost 6 months of waiting, he finally shipped me my item! At least he turned his wrong into a right, I'm happy.

Yeah, I don't blame you for being upset. It's just so weird that no one has heard from him for weeks. Something must have happened in his personal life.
