After wanting to change my sideshow ash's body I ended up basically making a custom instead. This was the figure before the second body swap.then I ended up using the jxtoys 01 body and using better clothes.and this is what ive got now, same body but a double jointed right arm, completely repainted chainsaw, new harness and holster, new clothes and a headsculpt from peteskywalker sculpted by Caine. All I kept unchanged from the sideshow figure are the shotgun, boots and the metal hook on the harness.

Wow, that's amazing! So much better with that body, but where do you get "better clothes"? I've been looking for clothes that aren't torn for a custom Ash I want to make.

thank you ! I used these pants https://www.ebay.com/itm/1-6-Male-Cl...=2085090320002 and the shirt from this https://www.ebay.com/itm/1-6-Clothes...=1774523347010. I dyed the pants a darker brown and used a black gundam model marker to go over the stitching to make it darker. For the shirt I removed all the buttons and bleached it for 2 hours and gave it a quick dye so it'd be a lighter blue, the stitching on the shirt is a pain as it stays green but after id weathered the shirt enough the stitching blended in then I just glued some little metal buttons on it. All of this sounds like a pain in the butt which it is but I wanted the best ash I could make. The clothes are better because they fit the jx toys body properly, the sideshow clothes suck, they are too big and the right arm sleeve is too short and they made it that way and tried to hide it with their stupid white tape. The only mods to the body were a double jointed right arm and I shortened the legs so the sideshow ankle pegs would fit on them so I could use the boots. Sorry about the novel I just wrote. Heres what the shirt and pants look like untorn on a worldbox body
