Statue 1/4 Scale Vader?

So I had to call Sideshow Customer service tonight to make a change to an order I have. Their offices were closed so I left a voicemail. On their recording the woman said something along the lines of "We're now taking pre-orders for our quarter scale Darth Vader now at sideshowcollectibles.com"

Thinking I missed some cool new Vader piece I hopped back over and I cannot find what she is talking about. Anyone know?

When does this go up for pre-order? Is it a PPO? Will it ship during Spooktacular? Is there an exclusive? Can I order more than one? Is there a NRD? Will it be available through other retailers? Should I get one through eBay?
