From the General Joes site:

Summary of new info:
They are fine tuning their female body. So that it looks correct with and without armor (indicates that Baroness will lead off?)
They are going with sculpted hair for the females because it gives them more options for styles and the ability to swap out hairpieces for different looks (i.e. windswept, ponytails, etc).
They still have Destro in development – again, fine tuning the new muscular body.
Possibility of small vehicles, specifically the Flight Pod/Trubble Bubble
Condition Red: Urban Threat is coming out in Q1 2012. This will be the last environment for a while.
Desert Cobra Officer should be available by the end of this year. There is also another Cobra trooper that is coming out later this year that they are very excited about.
They plan to play up the more unique and sci-fi aspects of G.I. Joe to keep it from being just another military line.
They also want to focus more on environment specific Joes that have unique looks, with an "alpine" specialist being the example cited.
They’ve begun using a stone washing technique to soften up camo patterns and make them look more worn. Hawk’s pants will be the first example.
They are planning to put out another Storm Shadow at some point using the newer fabric techniques shown with the Red Ninja and Ninja Viper. No timeline or indication of which version.
The plan for the next Snake-Eyes figure is to include both the v1 (commando) and v2 (visor) versions of his head so that owners of the original SE figures can replace its head with an all-sculpted design.
Production of Joes will decrease next year (possibly to only one per quarter) so that fans of Star Wars, G.I. Joe and the upcoming DC Comics action figures will be able to collect all three.
