So far in my collecting I've been able to pick up four pretty sweet 1/6 Vampires. Sideshow's Bela Lugosi and Nosferatu (Vampyre) as well as Product Enterprises Hammer Dracula and the Banabas Collins from Majestic... For me these summed up four primary Dracula/vampires, but there is always room for more. Here are a few more of my wanted unproduced blood suckers and I'd love to see what others on the board could contribute! Pictures encouraged!!!
Blacula... I mean come on! That'd rock real hard!!!http://www.disobey.com/horror/posters_and_similar/downloads/blacula.jpg
Lost Boys Keifer Sutherland... 80's punk vampires... 'nuff said
http://www.pitofhorror.com/features/lostboys.jpg
Frank Langella... surprised me too... but he's a good bloodsucker, with the nice open-chested and heavily feathered look
http://www.hillcity-comics.com/movie_reviews/movie146.jpg
And of course Mr. Oldman from Brahm Stokers... just great and you could always kitbash him later for Stansfield from the Professional :monkey5

So what else do you guys got... and sorry if this thread has been done before, but I did a search and didn't find a similar one :monkey3

I would buy all of those. Near Dark would be another Vampire film I'd be willing to figures from.

I'm always up for more vampires. ;)
I would love a Gary Oldman Dracula....
And, even though I'm more into the classic vampire types and not "modernized" ones, I wouldn't mind having a Selene from Underworld.

Near Dark is great movie that somehow got overlooked when it came out. It was directed by Kathryn Bigalow, who was married to James Cameron, and stars Lance Henriksen, Bill Paxon and Janette Goldstein. All who were in Aliens. Coincidence?

Vampires figures, statues, or busts - There is only one choice for me:

Salem's lot is a good call... and a really cool vampire movie. They really took the Nosferatu look and added some flare to it, I'd be down for that one. Wasn't Salem's Lot a made-for-TV movie?

Yeah, Lost Boys would be awesome!! Keifer especially. I LOVE that movie, and it just gets better the more I watch it. It would be pretty cool to have some punk rocker Vampires to join my legion of the undead.....:devil
Interview lends itself well to the SSC treatment as well, and I'm sure they could do nice things with all of the facial veins with the paint apps. I'd be up for a Louis and Lestat duo... maybe more... I love that movie... and the books even more...
And Near Dark figs? I'm so there.....:chew

David from the Lost Boys would rule, so would a Severn from Near Dark. Other than the customs I made I'd like to see some Interview with the Vampire SS figs and while we're at it I wouldn't mind a Nick Knight from the 90's tv Show Forever Knight either.
Oh and DA my customs do have the veins painted in just below the surface of theskin, I'll try to find some better pics, but I'd like to see a sideshow take on them.

WOW! Dude, I was wondering if you were able to do that!! Sweet! Man, I know those two have to look a million times better in person. I know that's the case with mine... the pics I take never show the real detail in the paint apps...

I love Anne Rice's The Vampire Chronicles esp. Interview. Would be great to see Lestat, Armand and Louis as either 12" or PF figures! The Lost Boys would be great too! Has SSC done any Christopher Lee as Dracula figures? I would buy that too!
Also, though Queen of the Damned was a so-so movie IMO, I was mesmerised whenever the lovely late Aaliyah appeared as Akasha! I would definitely buy a PF Akasha!

Buy a Frank Black and customise it.
Near Dark Also recommended by Roger "--Directed by Katherine Bigelow. Starring what later became a chunk of the James Cameron ensemble cast--Lance Henriksen, Bill Paxton, and Jenette Goldstien. A nomadic vampire pack who travel the countryside in a series of stolen vehicles with blacked-out windows encounter bored farmhand Caleb (Adrian Pasdar), who falls for their lonely, ethereal 'daughter' Mae (Jenny Wright), and a compelling conflict between the two 'families' ensues. Eerie, believable and extremely well plotted. "Full Moon Films" addicts will recognize the underrated Tim Thomerson of "Trancers" fame in an excellent supporting role." Thanks again, Roger.
Good list - in addition I'd be up for:
Lilith Silver (Razor Blade Smile) (check it out - made for 12,000 pounds - very low budget)
Sonja Blue
John Carpenters Vampire Hunters (Jon Bon Jovi & James Woods)
King Darkness

Majestic is a good possibility for some of the more obscure figures and I think they'll do them justice. My only complaint is their headsculpts (although very accurate) seem a little rough looking... as opposed to the smoother look of other companies. But I'm only judging this off of the Barnabas figure I have and he's a bit wrinkly.
For Hammer monsters, hopefully Product Enterprises will follow up their Lee Dracula with some more classics!

Then I tried to put the figure on my scanner to get a close up of the veins and detail of the face but it didn't work very good. You can still see the bright blue, grey of the eyes and some of the veining in the forehead though.

That was done on purpose. The Quentin Collins headsculpt is smooth, since David Selby had a bit of a babyface on DS. I think the way they did Barnabas is pretty realistic because he had well defined features.
That's a nice Lestat! If I could just forget it's Tom Cruise..... ;) I especially love the clothes.

Majestic's sculpted hair look similar to resin model heads, and the paint ops are very ambitious for the 1/6 scale.Thier Werewolf head has better painted detail than either Sideshow's Wolf Man or Werewolf of London figure.(I want a Wolf Man revamp)
Phibes can hold his own with the best of Sideshow's 1/6 figures.
I like P E's Lee Dracula, but I wish he were taller.I need a Cushing figure to go along with him.

Yep - if they got that licence they could do the X-files bounty hunter at the same time as the Brujah Primogen.
The Enforcer Ventrue would make an excellent figure (from the flashback scene towards the end), and the Gangrel Enforcer would be pretty cool - as would Daedelus. I loved that show - shame it died so quickly.
