Khev bumped it for being a movie figure even though it's only a Navy Seal figure with a Bruce Willis likeness (aka not officially licensed).

I dunno, I can see it either way. Officially licensed he's technically a movie figure. But unlicensed, just a military figure with an inferred likeness.
If he winds up being even remotely as successful as the Saves figure, he'll be a solid investment too.
