Hi,
by late July I placed an order with GiveMeToys.com for 3 Matrix busts.
I paid with my creditcard and the order was said to have shipped 3 weeks ago from the US to my address in Germany by AirMail.
Unfortunately I haven't received ther order as yet and I didn't get any message from customs either.
I am somewhat worried and have contacted GiveMeToys.com
by email several times. That was 3 days ago. I haven't receicved any reply from them.
What should I do now? Have you guys dealt with them b4?
Should I call my CC company and dispute the charge?
