If by rare you mean the edition size, then the Green is the lower more limited, but this bust, Gray or Green can be had on ebay usually for $15 USD or less...

From my experience this is not rare at all, looks like the seller is just trying to get somebody to bite without looking at the full auction description. You could probably find this pretty cheap as Dynamic Forces tends to produces generous production runs!

No where near as rare as, Bowen Designs mini bust of the Hulk!
Try $450.00 w/ box and $375.00 w/out the box in mint condition on ebay. That's when it's being put up for auction!

I used to have the grey hulk bust but sold it on ebay a year or so ago for around $100... I think the numbering was really low,,, like out of a hundred or something...

Here was a pic of my old Hulk. The paint was average at best.
