To those that have bought at our store here is some info on the shipping of some items. Please understand that we ship USPS some go ground some goes air. Some packages are too large to send internationally ground they have to go air. It depends on what packages got on what plane when, or on the same days. We have a problem with the Sting Sword and Scabbard. There are NO remailer boxes on the sting scabbards. There fore we have to wrap them VERY securely for their journey over seas. Being they are so small they are not classified as a parcel so they can not be insured in which we at Angels do not like. The smaller the package the quicker it will arrive. In our case anyway.
We are working on how we can send those two items together with out having to place them in too much of a larger box.
We encourage ALL customers to email us when they have received their merchandise this helps us with common questions like above in this post. It makes it easier to help the customer. Because when it leaves here we have no control of arrival date. We can only relay patterns of past shipments on certain items.
