10-10-04 UPDATE: I got this e-mail direct from the owner of the web site:

I am very understanding when it comes to collecting. We will
work with customers on payment. For example one of your
referrals came through and they get paid every two weeks.
They placed the order and we told them we will not charge till
they say so! What we can do is not charge their cards till
they give us the go ahead. They can go in and place their
order and when they say we can charge their cards we will
then charge them. We can hold their order for 30 days we are
willing to work with others on pre-orders that is no problem.
Just thought I would let you know so that if someone tells
you (that you referred) would love to buy but I do not get
paid this week etc…this way they can take advantage of the
discount since it ends on the 31st of this month.

I reckon ordering from SS will cost £220 as a generous estimate taking into account vat and possible customs etc, plus I dont mind paying a little more for the assurance of anything being broken, but of course it wont be :rolleyes

because of the possible size of the box (estimate using RWOS as gudiance) we get penalised for a package weighing 150lb, again I was generous with the size! :cando

I'd be interested in the costs for UK guys, as they'd equal the costs for Germans, too. The price sounds great for US customers - what I don't like is the pre-payment / deposit thing. I placed an order... and the grand total came to $220.50! (this included a $45 shipping charge) My card just authorized for around £127 - around £100 off buying from Sideshow?

Of course there is customs to worry about.

But since I have paid in full...won't I just have to sit back and wait for it to arrive?

I will be kinda annoyed if i'm asked to pay a triple figure sum for shipping! But saying that...$45 was pretty low...unless its surface mail. :lol

I think the cards are authorized, but not charged. That'll have
to be confirmed, but I think that was the jist of an e-mail I
was sent by the seller.

Either way, hopefully this helps out some.

Look what happened to RWOS (5,000 edition size) ...it's back down to retail. Although I'm sure RWOS will climb in value again once they are all sold.

At 8,500 pcs, GoSF is already selling far below retail and will probably drop lower once they flood ebay.

The discount applies to the total, not just the downpayment,
so if your total order was over $200, I'm sure you'll get the
