I don't think I've ever seen a 1/6 female body without a neck. So neckless seems to be the norm.

Defintely no neck. As beeshaw said, every female body on the market is made for neckless headsculpts.

That would be my feedback as well... can't think of a single female sculpt that had a lower neck.

The only female body that needs a neck is Dragon and you don't see many of those anymore.
