Thanks guys! And Pete, I did get it... Thank you very much for that. The head is cast and has the base coat. As for the shirt, it started out blue and I darkened it with paint. A white shirt could be made to be the same as well, as long as it's not synthetic fiber.

Thanks man... Yeah, I have about 3 commissions that are nearing or passed that century mark... and it is killing me. But 2 of them are nearing completion right now in fact. But that leaves the 6 month guys that need to be caught up on. It's insane how fast time catches up with you.... I've never had the days melt away before I started painting, seems to get harder and harder to keep up. :lol

Tonight there will be more pics, many more. I hope to get a good bit done, long overdue things. :duff

Good news for Ash... I just made a mold and did a test casting of the chainsaw... It's done and looks fantastic. So now the only issue will be the shotgun. :rock

And Amarcord, I didn't sculpt the face...that came from SSC S-Mart Ash. I just altered the hair and painted him accordingly. No way I could improve on that amazing likeness.

Sadly no, I am still working on them, just doing dremeling work to try and get them to fit on their bases. It's very hard to get the legs attached so that the pegs go in perfectly. That is what is giving me the most issue right now.

But soon I should have something new to show... It's a PAIN.. :google

This might be a bit random but I have just been discussing this in another thread , me and a few others been looking for hot toys bodys on ebay and they go for ridiculous prices although it seems you can get them alot cheaper without the arm and legs joints.

Have you ever considered recasting the arm and leg joints for the hot toys bodys and selling them ?.

I am also painting up a Hicks Conversion from a Hudson armor and a Hudson armor tweak. Also finished a Vasquez too. Working on a lot at once right now.... More to come.

I also got a Freddy PF recently and never liked the way the skin was so pink on the head.. so I just tweaked it a bit really quick and also repainted the eyes.

:lol His is done. I have 3 to do, and I plan on doing them all at once to get it done. Shouldn't be too hard. Not a lot of weathering to do on him. Just the blot and the hat. The hats do need some dremel work, a bubble always forms in the crown of the hats and has to be removed.

Remember, I want mine weathered with the brown, faded blood stain. :monkey5 If it's too much trouble, though, I can do it myself. No biggie.

I tell you something, my hat's off to you, Josh. When I paint-up just one head for one of my own figures, I need about a week off before I even think about starting another! Mixing the paints together, trying to achieve the right tones and the detail work is a big drain. I don't know how you take on so many projects like you do and they all turn out looking like you poured your heart into them.

You are correct my friend. I have been insanely busy on a lot of stuff. I have a final speech Monday, two tests, and my Literature teacher assigned me the part of Bottom the Weaver in A Midsummer Night's Dream... So that has been taking a lot of my time away from the brushes.

BUT... Tonight I was able to do some work. I am very close to finishing 3 Joker figures, one Joker head, One Myers, One Roy, 2 Wolverine's, 3 Supermen, one Krycek, and a Deckard. Also have 5 heads that I am working on as well...

So I hope to take some pics tomorrow when I finish all that. Only bad thing is that now I am officially out of skin tone paints, I have 3 things to ship and no money to speak of. 3 of the items I have sold in the past month have yet to be paid for, due to a variety of issues. So money that I was counting on is MIA... which is causing the Wife and I to get a little nervous. The amount is over $300... :google

And since my only other source of income is GI Bill money, I have to wait another 2 weeks before I have another cent coming from them. So yeah... it sucks right now to be me. :lol

Very nicely done Josh, first time I've seen that there's a gap between Indy's hair and the hat to make it seem really worn instead of molded to him, nice detail. I love the one shot with Supes in the back looking pissed off. "^^^^ing Indy gets painted before I'm finished!"

Thanks guys! Well, the pics don't show all the tiny details in the paint or the extra attention to weathering... I will take a variety of pics later, with different poses and without the coat.

And the coat itself won't take my normal (sanding sponge) weathering approach. I think it will take chalk dusting or something along those lines pretty well. But the sanding didn't do much that I liked, so I abandoned it. The straps in the back look better now that I darkened them, which is nice.

Carl's collection is afraid of me. I have seen its true face. Cannot wait to start breaking fingers of other figures. Hear it might be too easy with the Medicoms. Unfulfilling. Like an arbitoire of retarded children.

Josh paints bloodstain on my new coat. I don't complain. Like it. Adds character. Wife complains of smells from the workshop. She hates me, but I will be on my way soon.

Out there someone knows I will be happy at my new home. Inspected photos of backdrop that I will visit. Defaced building: silhouette of man and woman possibly indulging in sexual foreplay. Didn't like it. Makes wall look haunted.

Well guys, the jumpsuit Gods have at last called down the thunder on my customs. The makers of the jumpsuit that I use are not going to be making them anymore, and I have been noticing a drought of them online. Right now I have no extras and I've found only 10 available as I write this.

So I will have to retire my Michael figure soon. If anyone has been waiting to order one, right now might be a good time.... They are a dying breed it seems. At least until I find another way, maybe have them custom made?

Awesome work on everything there Josh! And let me just say about my Anakin repaint.......HOT DAMN!!! It looks phenomenal man, absolutely incredible!! I figure, it's just been so long since I've seen the original head. By the time Les got it to me for photos, he'd added the hair bits and his newest ones take it even further, I've forgotten how the hair looks without all the updates. Still looks great, just didn't recognize it right away.

I cannot wait to try an Indy. Is it difficult to remove the heads? I got the exclusive Indy to make it easier but if the regular head comes off like Anakin's I may give it a try.

:lol Thanks guys! Glad you liked it Havok. I did detail work on the skin, lips, scars, and hairline to make it look more real. The eyes were repainted, which was easy seeing as though the eyes have sculpted retinas. I LOVE painting PF's... they just allow for much more polished looking work.

And Sean, yes.. that is the Les head. He was so kind as to allow me to make a mold and castings for people. Especially since his will be entirely unique now..with the hair and all.

And much more is coming soon too, I will be working my butt off for the next few weeks. :rock

That's not a problem man, that'll save me some green anyway...which is nice.

And a bit of info for any subsequent Joker orders. The head that Les made, Les very graciously let me make a mold of it, and offered to let me do a run after he did his. And seeing as though his run is over and his are entirely unique... with the hair and all that awesomeness. I figured I would throw it out there.

If anyone wants the DCD Les rework, with my paint apps... any version from the film.. as a replacement head for their Joker or whatever. Just let me know. :rock
