I find this a very nice option, and also the party scene in the movie is where I saw the best expressions. I think a good expression a more aggressive and I realized that is what most expect.
am a fan of Eric's work and I know he will do a phenomenal job of self expression, honestly I do not have much preference.

I have to admit I was sceptical at first too, but after seeing his Underworld Selene sculpt I jumped in on this. All the stuff on his blog is great too, and after seeing his amazing McClane I don't doubt this will be excellent as well.

I would say Mob scene job. My fav would be nurse Hi Joker, but for the quality I think I would rather Adam or Bobby C do that sculpt to do it justice, as it would need real hair for the wig to pull it off. Same with why so serious, as an Adam sculpt. So would like to see Mob Scene.

Nope that isn't MRMs sculpt, he did a cop joker yes but he had a neutral expression

Looking at it a second time it does look like they are ..there is just a good bit of upper eyelid that fooled me into thinking it was closed.

I personally would love that look he does just after he says "I'm not a monster" ...i can't find a pic of it, but it's one of my favorite joker expressions.

Yes I love that expression too, wouldn't mind that one at all, the eyes do seem open to me as well - but as you rightly pointed out there's a lot of eyelid showing so probably a sleepy or squinted expression...hmmm
