Only difference I saw was that the pistol ammo pouchs on the top and the name tag area are swapped from the pic you posted. So I'm glad that worked for you!
I know there is a white ski mask like that coming out. It could probably be dyed black easily enough. And I know I have seen camo pants like that but I can't find them now

try looking for figures from "Gamitoys" they did figures based on Counter-strike, and if I recall correctly, they did a pair of pants just like that.
